- 1 large Apple, diced
- 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
- 3/4 tsp Dried Ground Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 4 Green Onions, chopped
- 7/16 cup Honey
- 1 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 14 oz 3-color coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
- 3/4 cup Plain Yogurt or Sour Cream
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, diced apple, and dried cranberries.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, plain yogurt, ground ginger, and sour cream.
- Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss well to combine.
- Add chopped green onions and walnuts, and mix gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled for the best flavor. Try to toss apples with lemon juice to prevent browning if made in advance.
