Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, granulated sugar, and lemon zest until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the flour and stir until just combined.

  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
