- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- Additional powdered sugar for coating
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter and powdered sugar in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring until fully blended.
- Fold in the chopped nuts gently.
- Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch wide, and place them on a lined baking sheet with enough space in between.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool slightly before rolling them in additional powdered sugar before serving.
