Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Mini chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup Confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Salted butter
  • 1/2 cup Toffee pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter and confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually stir in the flour until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate morsels and toffee pieces.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a fork.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
