Ingredients

- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Mini chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup Confectioners’ sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Salted butter
- 1/2 cup Toffee pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter and confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually stir in the flour until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate morsels and toffee pieces.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a fork.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra crunch, add chopped nuts or try different types of chocolate morsels.
