Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, softened cream cheese, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
- Stir in the melted butter until the dough is smooth.
- Use a cookie scoop to drop balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle festive sprinkles on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
