Ingredients

- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 blocks (8 oz each) cream cheese
- Christmas sprinkles for decoration
- Sugar cookies for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Stir in almond extract and vanilla extract.
- Add sour cream and mix until fully incorporated.
- Roll out the sugar cookie dough and press it into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Allow it to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- When ready to serve, top with whipped cream, sugar cookies, and Christmas sprinkles.
