- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 oz white cheddar cheese
- Skewers or toothpicks for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
- Add the fresh thyme, cranberry sauce, and olive oil to the sausage and mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Cube the white cheddar cheese and scatter it over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the sausage is heated through and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
- Serve with skewers or toothpicks for easy eating.
