  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 oz white cheddar cheese
  • Skewers or toothpicks for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
  3. Add the fresh thyme, cranberry sauce, and olive oil to the sausage and mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  5. Cube the white cheddar cheese and scatter it over the top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the sausage is heated through and the cheese is melted.
