Ingredients

  • 6 Espresso beans
  • 1 Chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Peppermint extract
  • 3 oz fresh Espresso
  • 2 oz Half & half
  • 1 Candy cane
  • 2 oz Kahlua
  • 4 oz Vodka

Instructions

  1. Brew the fresh espresso and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. In a shaker, combine the cooled espresso, half & half, Kahlua, peppermint extract, and vodka.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice, then shake vigorously until well chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into martini glasses.
  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glasses for garnish.
  6. Top each martini with an espresso bean and a crushed candy cane for decoration.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
