- 2 oz Half & half
- 1 Candy cane
- 2 oz Kahlua
- 4 oz Vodka
Instructions
- Brew the fresh espresso and allow it to cool slightly.
- In a shaker, combine the cooled espresso, half & half, Kahlua, peppermint extract, and vodka.
- Fill the shaker with ice, then shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into martini glasses.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glasses for garnish.
- Top each martini with an espresso bean and a crushed candy cane for decoration.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
