Ingredients

- 1 lb Pork mince
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tbsp Fresh herbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 packet French onion soup mix
- 2 sheets Puff pastry
- 1 Cheese
- 1 tbsp Milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the pork mince, chili flakes, fresh herbs, egg, Dijon mustard, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and French onion soup mix. Mix until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into rectangles.
- Place a generous amount of the sausage mixture onto each pastry rectangle.
- Top with cheese if desired, then wrap the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with milk.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These rolls can be prepped in advance and frozen if needed. Serve with dipping sauces for added flavor.
