Ingredients

- 1 lb Pork mince
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tbsp Fresh herbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Freshly cracked Black pepper to taste
- 1 packet French onion soup mix
- 2 sheets Puff pastry
- 1 cup Cheese (grated)
- 1 tbsp Milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the pork mince, chili flakes, and fresh herbs until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in egg, Dijon mustard, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and French onion soup mix until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture on each rectangle and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Roll up the pastry around the filling, and brush the tops with milk.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These rolls are best served warm. Pair them with a creamy dipping sauce for added flavor.
