- 4 oz Milk or dark chocolate
- 2 cups Coconut flakes
- 1 11.2 oz box Keebler shortbread sandies
- 3/4 block 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
Instructions
- Start by melting the caramels and mixing them with the cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, crush the shortbread sandies into fine crumbs.
- Mix the crushed cookies into the caramel mixture until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and roll them in coconut flakes.
- Melt the chocolate and dip each truffle into it, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place the truffles on a lined baking sheet to cool and set.
