Ingredients

- 2 large Eggs
- 2 1/4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup Caramel bits
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Flaky sea salt
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Unsalted butter
- 1 cup Toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the caramel bits and toffee bits.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Serve these cookies warm for a gooey treat. They pair beautifully with cold milk or ice cream.
