Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  8. Once cooled, roll the cookies in powdered sugar to coat.
  9. Allow to set before serving.

Notes

For a richer taste, consider adding chocolate chips or nuts into the dough. Serve warm or at room temperature.
