A layered dessert combining creamy chocolate and tangy raspberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2025 Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for raspberry layer)
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies and mix them with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and 1 cup of milk. Pour the pudding mixture over the crust and spread it evenly across the top.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip and the raspberries. Spread this mixture over the chocolate pudding layer.
  4. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup Cool Whip.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled.

Notes

Serve with fresh raspberry garnishes and optionally drizzle with chocolate syrup. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
