Description

A delightful Pumpkin Caramel Crunch Cake with layers of spiced pumpkin, cream cheese, and crunchy graham cracker topping, perfect for family gatherings and celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree, canned
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Caramel sauce, homemade or store-bought
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy cream or whipped topping
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 box Spice cake mix
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup Graham crackers or vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 16 oz Cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the spice cake mix instructions.
  2. Prepare the cake mix as directed on the package.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  5. Pour the prepared spice cake mix into a greased baking pan.
  6. Layer the pumpkin cream cheese mixture over the top.
  7. Bake according to the time suggested on the cake mix box or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool completely, then top with whipped cream and melted butter mixed with graham cracker crumbs.
  9. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
