A warm and gooey Pull-Apart Bread filled with tart cranberries and creamy Brie cheese, perfect for gatherings and special occasions.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Cranberries, fresh
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Rosemary, fresh, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted, melted
- 1 loaf crusty bread (such as artisan or sourdough) (About 1 pound)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cranberries, minced garlic, rosemary, pepper, and salt.
- Cut the bread into a checkerboard pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Place the brie pieces and cranberry mixture into the cuts of the bread.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the bread.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing in herbs or a touch of brown sugar with the cranberries before baking.
