Description

A warm and gooey Pull-Apart Bread filled with tart cranberries and creamy Brie cheese, perfect for gatherings and special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cranberries, fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary, fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted, melted
  • 1 loaf crusty bread (such as artisan or sourdough) (About 1 pound)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cranberries, minced garlic, rosemary, pepper, and salt.
  3. Cut the bread into a checkerboard pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Place the brie pieces and cranberry mixture into the cuts of the bread.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the bread.
  6. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in herbs or a touch of brown sugar with the cranberries before baking.
