Description

Delicious bites of creamy mozzarella wrapped in crispy prosciutto, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Prosciutto
  • 1 tbsp Basil, fresh
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 package Mozzarella balls

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap each mozzarella ball tightly with a slice of prosciutto.
  3. Place the wrapped mozzarella on a baking sheet.
  4. Mix basil, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the herb mixture over the wrapped bites.
  6. Drizzle olive oil on top.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 10–12 minutes, until the prosciutto is crispy.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use high-quality prosciutto and fresh mozzarella. These bites can be prepared in advance and stored in the fridge until baking.
