Ingredients

- 2 cups Pecans, chopped
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups Chocolate chips or melting wafers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine corn syrup, brown sugar, coconut oil, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped pecans and graham cracker crumbs until fully incorporated.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Melt the chocolate chips or melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let the chocolate set before serving. Enjoy!
