Delicious and festive Peppermint Oreo Balls that are easy to make and perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz sweet chocolate, for melting
- 1 cup peppermint candies, crushed
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin in a zip-top bag.
- Combine crushed Oreo cookies and softened cream cheese in a large bowl. Mix until well blended and thick.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in short bursts and stirring in between until smooth.
- Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, coating fully. Use a fork to lift and let excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
- Before the chocolate sets, roll the dipped balls in crushed peppermint candies.
- Let the Peppermint Oreo Balls cool on the baking sheet until the chocolate hardens completely.

Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks in the refrigerator or freeze for up to three months.
