Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Whipped topping
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 package Chocolate wafer cookies
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add whipped topping and gently fold until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the caramel sauce, butter, and milk.
  4. Layer chocolate wafer cookies in a 9×13 dish.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over the cookies.
  6. Drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with pecans.
  7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped topping.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
