- 1 Neon green gel food coloring
- 4 cups Powdered sugar
- 72 Oreo cookies
- 1 cup Butter, unsalted
- 4 8 oz packages Cream cheese
- 1 Heart sprinkles or red candies
Instructions
- Crush 72 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with 1 cup melted unsalted butter to form the crust. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, mint extract, and gel food coloring until well combined.
- Fold in the Cool Whip gently until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mint cheesecake filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Decorate with heart sprinkles or red candies before serving.
