Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the unsalted butter, sugar, and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir until the mixture comes to a boil.

- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, dried cranberries, pecans, and salt.
- Pour the butter-sugar mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Let the cookies cool and firm up at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
