Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Marshmallow creme
- 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz Chocolate
- 24 pieces Ritz crackers
- 1 cup Holiday sprinkles (optional decoration)
Instructions
- Spread a layer of marshmallow creme on half of the Ritz crackers.
- Spread a layer of creamy peanut butter on the other half of the Ritz crackers.
- Sandwich the crackers together, marshmallow side facing peanut butter side.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each stack into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- If desired, sprinkle holiday sprinkles on top before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate for about 60 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Use softened peanut butter for easier spreading and choose high-quality chocolate for the best taste.
