No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Stacks

Description

Simple and delicious no-bake chocolate and peanut butter layered stacks, perfect for gatherings and creating joyful memories.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Marshmallow creme
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz Chocolate
  • 24 pieces Ritz crackers
  • 1 cup Holiday sprinkles (optional decoration)

Instructions

  1. Spread a layer of marshmallow creme on half of the Ritz crackers.
  2. Spread a layer of creamy peanut butter on the other half of the Ritz crackers.
  3. Sandwich the crackers together, marshmallow side facing peanut butter side.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each stack into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. If desired, sprinkle holiday sprinkles on top before the chocolate sets.
  8. Refrigerate for about 60 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
