- 1/2 cup Crispy cooked bacon
- 1 cup Arugula
- 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 cup Pecans
- Crackers or crostini
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 8 oz Goat cheese
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and goat cheese until smooth.
- Add in the crispy bacon, arugula, cranberries, rosemary, honey, and pecans.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a log form and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Serve the cheese log with crackers or crostini.
