Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate
  • 1 cup Icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup Pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon Instant coffee
  • 1 stick Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Hot water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and hot water until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, ground cinnamon, and instant coffee.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  6. Fold in the dark chocolate and pistachios.
  7. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
