- 1 stick Unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons Hot water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and hot water until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, ground cinnamon, and instant coffee.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Fold in the dark chocolate and pistachios.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
