Ingredients

- 1 package Lobster ravioli
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Lemon, Juice of
- 1 Lemon, Zest of
- 1 bunch Fresh Parsley
- 1/2 cup Chicken or vegetable broth
- Red pepper flakes to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Cook the lobster ravioli according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth along with lemon juice and zest; let it simmer.
- Add heavy cream and stir well; season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add it to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Finish with grated Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with a light green salad and a glass of white wine like Pinot Grigio.
