Description

Delicious lobster ravioli enveloped in a rich lemon butter sauce, perfect for elegant dinners or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Lobster ravioli
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Lemon, Juice of
  • 1 Lemon, Zest of
  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Chicken or vegetable broth
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the lobster ravioli according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth along with lemon juice and zest; let it simmer.
  5. Add heavy cream and stir well; season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add it to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  7. Finish with grated Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with a light green salad and a glass of white wine like Pinot Grigio.
