- 2 1/2 tsp Lemon zest
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Unsalted butter
- 4 oz Cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Gradually add the flour until the dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool slightly, then roll them in powdered sugar while they are still warm.
- Let them cool completely on a rack before serving.
