Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 4 oz Cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the flour until the dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool slightly, then roll them in powdered sugar while they are still warm.
  8. Let them cool completely on a rack before serving.
