Description

A delightful dish featuring tender salmon topped with crispy Parmesan cheese and infused with garlic and lemon for a flavorful family meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs Salmon fillet
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, parsley, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt with olive oil until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the olive oil mixture evenly over the salmon fillet.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously on top of the salmon.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
