Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs Salmon fillet
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Dried parsley
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Black pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, parsley, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt with olive oil until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the olive oil mixture evenly over the salmon fillet.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously on top of the salmon.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
