Delicious deviled eggs with a creamy filling and crispy bacon, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.
Ingredients

- 4 strips Bacon, thick cut cooked and crumbled
- 1 Fresh Chives, chopped
- 6 large Eggs
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Pinch Black pepper
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan, covering them with water, and bringing to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 10-12 minutes.
- After the eggs have cooled, peel and cut them in half. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl while putting the whites on a serving platter.
- Mash the yolks with a fork and add in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the crumbled bacon and chives.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika for garnish.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. For best results, fill egg whites just before serving.
