- 4 Chicken breasts, boneless skinless
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Thyme, fresh leaves
- 3 tbsp Honey, hot
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika, smoked
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and sear until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- In the last few minutes of cooking, drizzle hot honey over the chicken.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Crumble feta cheese over the chicken and garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
