- 4 Large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Hot Cocoa mix
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup White Granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 2 tsp Pure Vanilla
- 3 cups Oreos
- 5 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 24 oz Cream cheese
- 1 3/4 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Crush the Oreos and mix with melted unsalted butter to form the crust. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the granulated sugar and powdered sugar, mixing well.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the hot cocoa mix, cocoa powder, and vanilla until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake in the oven for 55–60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and spread it over the cheesecake.
