Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 cups Green cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Green onions, sliced
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground pork over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the chopped yellow onion and cook until softened.
  4. Add the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  5. Add the shredded cabbage and sliced green onions, cooking until the cabbage is tender.
  6. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and then slowly pour them into the soup, stirring quickly to create ribbons.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, enjoying the comforting flavors.

Notes
