Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground pork
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 4 cups Green cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup Green onions, sliced
- 1 medium Yellow onion, chopped
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 6 cups Chicken broth
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground pork over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped yellow onion and cook until softened.
- Add the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the shredded cabbage and sliced green onions, cooking until the cabbage is tender.
- In a small bowl, beat the eggs and then slowly pour them into the soup, stirring quickly to create ribbons.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, enjoying the comforting flavors.
Notes
For variation, try adding more vegetables or changing the protein. This soup makes great leftovers and can be frozen for future meals.
