Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • 4 cloves fresh Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-seasoned)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, chopped onion, eggs, soy sauce, black pepper, salt, parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
