Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 tsp Garlic or garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tube Refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese or mozzarella
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic (or garlic powder), parsley, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Mix well.
- Roll out the biscuit or pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square. Top with a mix of cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
