Description

Deliciously stuffed biscuit bombs filled with savory beef and a cheesy garlic blend, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 tsp Garlic or garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tube Refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese or mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in garlic (or garlic powder), parsley, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Roll out the biscuit or pizza dough on a floured surface.
  6. Cut the dough into squares.
  7. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square. Top with a mix of cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  9. Place the bombs on a baking sheet.
  10. Brush with melted butter.
  11. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Serve warm.
