Description
Delicious and comforting fried strawberry cheesecake sandwiches filled with creamy strawberry goodness and served warm.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Strawberries, fresh
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup Strawberry jam
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 8 slices Brioche or challah bread
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 3 tbsp Milk
Instructions
- Mash fresh strawberries in a bowl and mix with strawberry jam. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, eggs, and milk until creamy and smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on 4 slices of bread, add a layer of the strawberry mixture, and top with remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry each sandwich until golden brown on both sides, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for added richness. Keep warm while frying the remaining sandwiches.
