- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 can French onion soup, condensed
- 3 cups White rice, cooked
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, French onion soup, beef mixture, sour cream, and butter.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and distribute evenly.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Consider adding peas, corn, or other vegetables for extra flavor and nutrition. This recipe can be adapted with different cheeses or spices as desired.
