Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 can French onion soup, condensed
  • 3 cups White rice, cooked
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, French onion soup, beef mixture, sour cream, and butter.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and distribute evenly.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
