Ingredients

- 1 tsp Orange peel
- 1/3 cup Chocolate sprinkles
- 200 g Cooking chocolate, dark
- 90 ml heavy cream
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just starts to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the dark cooking chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Mix in the orange peel.
- Let the mixture cool and then refrigerate for about an hour until firm.
- Once set, use a spoon to scoop out portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll each truffle in chocolate sprinkles to coat.
- Place the truffles on a tray and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months.
