Description
A rich and creamy cheesecake topped with tart cranberry jam and luscious white chocolate mousse, perfect for holiday celebrations.

- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup sugared cranberries
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 22 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 6 oz white chocolate
- 1 cup white chocolate shavings
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, and orange juice; cook until the cranberries burst.
- Make the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in sour cream and heavy whipping cream.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Allow to cool, then chill in the refrigerator.
- Prepare the white chocolate mousse by melting white chocolate and folding it into whipped cream.
- Top chilled cheesecake with cranberry jam and white chocolate mousse.
- Garnish with white chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to 2 months without the topping.
