Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups Chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup Butter, melted
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Peppermint extract
- 1 cup Whipped cream
- 1 cup Peppermint candies, chopped
- Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and peppermint extract to the cream cheese and mix until combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until well blended.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the muffin tins.
- Top with chopped peppermint candies.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled alongside hot cocoa for a delightful experience. Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
