Description

Delicious and simple cheesecake bites infused with peppermint and chocolate, perfect for winter gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Butter, melted
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Peppermint extract
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 cup Peppermint candies, chopped
  • Chocolate syrup, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and peppermint extract to the cream cheese and mix until combined.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well blended.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the muffin tins.
  6. Top with chopped peppermint candies.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
