- 1/4 cup blue curaçao
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded coconut, for coating
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped white chocolate and let it sit for a few minutes to melt.
- Stir until smooth and well combined. Mix in the blue curaçao.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 120 minutes until it is firm enough to scoop.
- Once firm, use a melon baller or your hands to form small balls.
- Roll each truffle in shredded coconut to coat.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment and refrigerate again to set before serving.

For a fun twist, try experimenting with different coatings like crushed nuts or sprinkles. You can also mix in dried fruits or nuts for added texture.
