- 1/2 cup Peanut butter
- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 2 cups Chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 cup mini Marshmallows
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter and peanut butter together over low heat until smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until melted and well combined.
- Stir in the Rice Krispies until fully coated.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then form into balls.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each Rice Krispie ball into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving. Enjoy your holiday treats!
