Delicious Crispy Chicken Taquitos filled with savory chicken and spices, perfect for family gatherings or parties.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked Chicken
- 1/4 cup Salsa (mild or spicy)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 cups Cilantro, chopped
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- Cooking spray or oil
- Guacamole for serving
- Sour cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) or set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cilantro, garlic powder, salsa, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese on each tortilla.
- Place a generous amount of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Place the taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet and spray or brush with cooking spray or oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or air fry for 10-15 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with guacamole and sour cream on the side.
Notes
Allow to cool before storing. Can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
