Description

A nostalgic and festive cheesecake inspired by Little Debbie cakes, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 4 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Butter
  • 16 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Cut the Little Debbie cakes into small pieces and fold them into the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan and smooth the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother mixture. Press the crust firmly to ensure it holds together.
