A nostalgic and festive cheesecake inspired by Little Debbie cakes, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 4 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup Butter
- 16 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Cut the Little Debbie cakes into small pieces and fold them into the cheesecake mixture.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother mixture. Press the crust firmly to ensure it holds together.
