Description

Festive rice crispy treats filled with mini marshmallows, white chocolate, and colorful nonpareils, perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups Puffed Rice Cereal
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 4 tbsp Butter, Unsalted
  • 1 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Nonpareils (red, green, and white)
  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips or White Chocolate Candy Melts

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter and coconut oil over low heat. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  2. Once melted, add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and add the puffed rice cereal, mixing until well coated.
  4. Stir in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased or lined 9×13 inch pan and press down firmly.
  6. While still warm, sprinkle the nonpareils on top.
  7. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
