Description
Festive rice crispy treats filled with mini marshmallows, white chocolate, and colorful nonpareils, perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients

- 3 cups Puffed Rice Cereal
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 4 tbsp Butter, Unsalted
- 1 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Nonpareils (red, green, and white)
- 2 cups White Chocolate Chips or White Chocolate Candy Melts
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter and coconut oil over low heat. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Once melted, add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and add the puffed rice cereal, mixing until well coated.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased or lined 9×13 inch pan and press down firmly.
- While still warm, sprinkle the nonpareils on top.
- Allow to cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
