- 4 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Cake batter flavoring
- Christmas sprinkles
- 1 1/2 cups Granulated sugar
- Pink food coloring
- 4 cups Powdered sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups Butter, salted
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- Milk or heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the salted butter, granulated sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and cake batter flavoring.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture.
- Add pink food coloring until you achieve the desired color.
- Fold in the Christmas sprinkles.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until set.
- Let cool and then frost with a mixture of powdered sugar and a splash of milk or heavy cream.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature butter and cream cheese. Don’t overmix the dough to maintain a soft texture.
