- 1/3 cup Potato chip pieces
- 1/3 cup Pretzel pieces
- 3/4 cup Butter, salted
- 1/2 cup M&Ms, red and green
- 2 tablespoons red and green jimmies
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste or extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the salted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg yolks and vanilla bean paste or extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips, potato chip pieces, pretzel pieces, M&Ms, and red and green jimmies.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
