Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour

  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar, light packed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup White chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup White sugar, granulated
  • 1/3 cup Potato chip pieces
  • 1/3 cup Pretzel pieces
  • 3/4 cup Butter, salted
  • 1/2 cup M&Ms, red and green
  • 2 tablespoons red and green jimmies
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste or extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the salted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg yolks and vanilla bean paste or extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips, potato chip pieces, pretzel pieces, M&Ms, and red and green jimmies.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
