- 4 large Eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
- 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 2 tsp pure Vanilla extract
- 1 Pie crust, homemade or store-bought
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups Whole milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cinnamon, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, heavy cream, and whole milk until smooth.
- Pour the custard mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the custard is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
For best results, use room-temperature eggs and allow the pie to cool completely before storing.
