Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 2 tsp pure Vanilla extract
  • 1 Pie crust, homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cinnamon, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract, heavy cream, and whole milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the custard mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the custard is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For best results, use room-temperature eggs and allow the pie to cool completely before storing.
