- 2 Eggs
- 2 1/4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 22 tbsp Brown sugar
- 3/4 cup Chocolate chips
- 1 Flaky sea salt
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 9 Saltine crackers
- 22 tbsp Butter, salted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring until combined.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, vanilla, and salt.
- Gradually add the cooled butter mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and granulated sugar.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and crushed saltine crackers.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
For extra chewiness, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
