Ingredients

- 1/2 tsp Almond extract
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Heavy cream or whipped topping
- 2 cups Whipped topping
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 package Vanilla pudding mix, instant
- 1/2 cup Crushed Christmas cookies
- 24 Christmas sugar cookies
- 6 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the milk and the vanilla pudding mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer the crushed Christmas cookies, followed by half of the cheesecake filling, and then half of the whipped topping.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the whipped topping on top.
- Garnish with additional crushed cookies if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, refrigerate overnight. Consider substituting almond extract with peppermint extract for a festive flavor.
