- 1 Egg
- 1 (8.5 oz) sugar cookie mix
- 3/4 can Cherry pie filling
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/3 cup Almonds
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese
- 4 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar cookie mix, egg, and butter until well blended. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch pie pan to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the crust.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer, using a knife to swirl it gently.
- Sprinkle almonds on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
