Description

A delightful cheesecake dessert featuring a buttery sugar cookie crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and topped with cherry pie filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 (8.5 oz) sugar cookie mix
  • 3/4 can Cherry pie filling
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/3 cup Almonds
  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar cookie mix, egg, and butter until well blended. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch pie pan to form a crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the crust.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer, using a knife to swirl it gently.
  5. Sprinkle almonds on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
